First and Foremost, we are out for your satistfaction. Therefore, we have added these terms and conditions.
1- Because we are for the most part a personalized service, human errors can be translated over onto our products. If the error is OUR fault (we enter information in wrong or send you the wrong product) then simply return the full product within 7 days of recieving it and we will either fix the problem or refund your money, minus shipping. (Shipping on the replacement item will be FREE however.)
If the error is YOUR fault (you send us the wrong information), we will not be responsible for refunding your money. HOWEVER, we will be more then glad to offer you a replacement product at a reduced price, provided the full original is sent back within 7 days.
2-If you recieve our personalized product and simply don't like it for some reason (And we hope that this is never the case!), we cannot give refunds because of the personalized nature of the product. We also regret that we cannot replace items that are recieved, whole and good, and just not liked. We will however, if the product is returned within 7 days, offer replacement at a lower price.
After all, we want you to be satisified!
3- We offer 4 shippings options:
a-Standard Slow- the cheapest option, but the one requiring the most patience- arrives within 21 days- $8.99
b-Standard- Our mid-range shipping- arrives within 14 days- $10.99
c- Priority- A bit faster- Arrives within 7 days- $18.99
d-Rush!- Our fastest delivery option- Arrives within 3 days (if placed before 8pm EST)- $33.99
Though these prices may seem a bit high, remember that our products are very heavy in the mail!
All shipping rates are to the continental US. Other charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, or international customers.
